These terms govern the use of the Teranga Remit showcase site and its transfer simulator. They do not constitute a payment service contract, which is governed by the terms specific to the mobile app.
2. Indicative simulator
The simulator shows an estimate of the amount received, the exchange rate and the fees. These values are indicative only and may vary at the time the transfer is actually carried out in the app.
3. Transfers via the mobile app
Money transfers are made exclusively through the Teranga Remit mobile app. Creating an account, identity verification (KYC) and carrying out transfers are subject to specific terms there.
4. Access to the site
We strive to ensure the site's availability without being able to guarantee it at all times. Access may be suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.
5. Liability
Teranga Remit cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the site or from inaccuracies in the estimates provided by the simulator.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
